Deleting your Partido account

Partido is operated by BBF VENTURES. This page explains how to delete your Partido account and its associated data, whether or not you still have the app installed.

From the appWithout access to the app

1. Delete your account from the app

  1. Profile
  2. Profile settings
  3. Delete account

Open Partido, then go to Profile > Profile settings > Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled Partido or can no longer sign in, email admin@partido.ma with the subject "Account deletion", including the phone number or email address linked to your account. We process these requests within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Your email app opens with the subject filled in. No message is sent automatically.

3. Data that is deleted

  • your account and sign-in credentials
  • your profile: name, photo, bio, skill level, position, city
  • your match history and participations
  • your location data
  • your notification tokens

4. Data retained after deletion

  • Messages you posted in a match chat may remain visible to the other participants, dissociated from your profile.
  • Technical logs are kept for 12 months for security and fraud prevention.
  • Support correspondence is kept for 24 months after resolution.
  • Data we are legally required to keep is retained for the period set by law.

Full deletion is completed within a maximum of 60 days.
