3.4 Messaging Data (Match-Based Chat Only)

When you participate in a match:

• you are automatically included in a group chat linked to that match
• messages you send are visible to all participants in that match
• when you leave the match, you lose access to the associated chat

Partido does not offer private one-to-one messaging at launch.

3.5 Location Data

With your consent, Partido may access your device location to:

• determine your city
• show nearby matches

You can refuse or disable location access at any time and manually select a city.

3.6 Technical Data

We automatically collect:

• device type and operating system
• app version
• IP address
• language settings
• logs and diagnostic data (including crash reports)

3.7 Notification Data

We may process:

• push notification tokens
• notification preferences

3.8 Support and Safety Data

6. Data Sharing

• Account data: retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 60 days of account deletion
• Match and activity data: retained for the duration of your account
• Technical logs and diagnostic data: retained for up to 12 months
• Support requests: retained for up to 24 months after resolution

Certain data may be retained beyond these periods where required by law or for the resolution of disputes.

In accordance with applicable law, you may have the right to:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and login methods.

If you share access to your account with another person, you may remain responsible for actions taken through your account. If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization or that any login method linked to your account has been compromised, you should contact us immediately at admin@partido.ma.

We encourage users to choose strong passwords and to keep their login credentials secure.

13. Age Requirement

Partido is intended for users aged 14 years and older.

If we become aware that an account does not meet this requirement, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.

14. Disclosure to Other Users and Third Parties

Partido enables users to participate in matches and related group chats. Information that you choose to share within a match, a group chat, or any other user-facing area of the app may be visible to other users participating in that context.

If you disclose information to other users or to third-party services linked from Partido, different privacy practices may apply to that information. Partido does not control the privacy practices of third parties and is not responsible for their independent policies or actions.

Users should exercise caution when sharing personal information with others through the app.

15. Third-Party Services

Partido relies on third-party services to operate certain features of the application.

These include:

• authentication services (Google, Apple, Facebook)
• real-time messaging and communication service providers
• infrastructure and database services
• technical service providers supporting the operation of the app

These third-party providers may process personal data on our behalf or as independent controllers, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time.

The latest version will always be available on the Partido website.
